Shortest cut between Immediate and Follow up Surveys?

We’re piloting using Project Outcome one week per quarter – I’ve created all the immediate surveys – what’s the most efficient way to create the matching follow up survey?

So far we’ve used the Project Outcome site to create follow-up links and only deliver follow-up surveys via email, using the link provided through the Project Outcome Survey Management tool. Easy-peasy to just go through the same steps but choose “Follow-Up” as survey type in the first step of survey creation. Response rate isn’t great though.
