This might be a new issue related to any recent changes that may have happened: I am finding that I can no longer Archive surveys that have responses entered for them. When I choose Archive from the dropdown menu, I get a box saying “Saving Survey” with an endlessly spinning circle. After waiting for a little while, I try to refresh the page which gives me a red banner at the top saying “No updates possible as the survey already has registered response(s).”
There is a bug happening in the system that is preventing users from changing their survey statuses. Our developers are working on a fix and hope to resolve it soon.
